Secure Communication

1. Contact Methods
For maximum security and privacy, we only communicate through encrypted channels. Our supported platforms are:

2. No Clearnet Communication
We do not respond to clearnet emails or unencrypted messages. All customer support is conducted through the secure channels listed above.

Site Security and Privacy

1. Site Traffic Routing
We take your privacy and security seriously. In addition to using secure communication channels and encrypted data storage, we ensure that all traffic to our site is routed through a Tor onion link, separate from our main server. This ensures that your browsing and interaction with our site remains private and secure from external surveillance.

2. Tor Onion Service
Our site is accessible via both clearnet (standard internet) and Tor, where we host an onion link for users who prefer to browse anonymously. By using Tor, all traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted and routed through the Tor network, making it more difficult for third parties to track or monitor your activities.

3. Protection from Surveillance
Using Tor ensures that we minimize any risk of surveillance or data interception, offering an extra layer of anonymity for those who prioritize online privacy. We encourage users who value their anonymity to use the Tor network for added security while browsing our site.

Data Handling Workflow

1. Order Placement
When you place an order, all shipping information is immediately encrypted using our PGP public key before being stored on our systems.

2. Secure Storage
Your encrypted information remains on our servers with these protections:

• The server cannot view or access your plaintext shipping information
• Only authorized personnel with access to our private PGP key can decrypt the information
• Decryption occurs only on secure, air-gapped devices when absolutely necessary for order fulfillment

3. Order Processing
Shipping information is decrypted locally only when needed for label generation and package preparation. After fulfillment, the decrypted information is immediately purged from local systems.

4. Automatic Deletion
Our system automatically and permanently deletes all order information 14 days after shipment completion. This includes:

• Encrypted shipping details
• Order contents
• Payment references
• All associated metadata

After deletion, no recovery is possible as we maintain no backups of customer data.

5. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are shared with you through encrypted channels only and are not stored beyond the 14-day retention period.

Delivery and Payment

1. Delivery Area
All orders are shipped within the European Union (EU). We do not currently ship to locations outside of the EU.

2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with a reliable carrier and include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an encrypted message with your tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

3. Payment Methods
We accept cryptocurrency payments only through our Monero gateway. Currently, we support only Monero (XMR) for maximum transaction privacy.

4. Payment Process
Upon placing your order, you will be directed to our Monero secure payment gateway to complete your transaction. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation through your chosen secure communication method.

Reship Policy

1. Eligibility for Reshipment
If your package is confirmed as lost or seized by the shipping carrier, you are eligible for a one-time free reshipment of your order.

2. Notification Process
Please contact us through our secure channels to report the issue within 14 days of shipment. Include your order number and any relevant details regarding the lost or seized package.

3. Reshipment
Once the investigation confirms that the package is lost or seized, we will process your reshipment at no additional cost to you. The reshipment will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise specified.

4. Limitations
This reshipment policy covers only one free reshipment per order. Any subsequent issues with the same order will be subject to our standard shipping policies and charges. This policy does not cover packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection
We collect only the information absolutely necessary to process orders. All customer data is encrypted at rest using PGP encryption.

2. Data Handling
We implement a strict end-to-end encrypted workflow:

• Customer data is encrypted before touching our servers
• Decryption occurs only on secure, offline systems when necessary
• Decrypted data exists only temporarily during order processing

3. Automatic Deletion
All order information is automatically and permanently deleted 14 days after shipment, with no backups retained. This includes all encrypted customer data, order details, and transaction references.

4. Security Measures
Our security practices include:

• PGP encryption for all sensitive data
• Monero-only payments for financial privacy
• Encrypted communications only
• Regular security audits of our systems

Terms and Conditions

We (Priyut) do not promote abuse of products under any circumstances. Believing or suspecting that the purchased product will be used to commit a criminal act or will be used to mix and/or distribute and create illegal components is against the law.

We do not guarantee that the products we offer may be legal under the law of the customer.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper and incompetent use of purchased products. The products are sold only for research and development purposes; they are not intended for testing on animals or humans. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the legality of storing and importing products in their country or region.

We inform that the products are intended and sold solely for the purposes of research and development. Products sold by us are not intended for use by humans or animals, or for the production of cosmetics or medicines.

By placing an order, you accept and declare that you understand all the conditions.

By purchasing products from us, you confirm that you have the appropriate equipment and skills to use the products. You also declare that you are participating in research for which you intend to use our products only for research purposes and that you know the rules of handling and storage of the products.

By placing an order with us, the customer confirms and agrees that they will arrange for the use and potential risks associated with the products bought. The customer bears full responsibility for the use of products purchased from us.
